The Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks are heading in opposite directions right now when it comes to the NFL Playoffs.
The big question for Chicago is if Matt Forte play again this season? He’s not just the heart and soul of the Bears’ offense; he’s the rushing yards (997) and receptions (52), as he leads the team in both categories by large margins despite missing the game against the Broncos because of the knee he sprained against the Chiefs. That’s a lot of production to try and replace.
The Seahawks have struggled offensively to find consistency with new quarterback Tarvaris Jackson. Running back Marshawn Lynch has gone into beast mode and given them a spark lately. In fact, the Seahawks have become one of the more run-reliant teams in the league.
