Kansas City Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe crossed the 1,000 yard mark for the season on Saturday against the Oakland Raiders.

Bowe has two catches for 24 yards in the first half, which ended with the teams tied 3-3. With 986 yards heading into the game, he has exactly 1,000 going into the second half.

Bowe previously crossed the 1,000 mark twice, in 2008 and 2010. He finished with a career-best 1,162 yards in 2010.

In the last three games against Oakland, Bowe has been kept under wraps by the Raider defense. His numbers in those games amounted to just 16 catches for 207 yards and one TD, an average of 5.3 catches and 69 yards per game. So far, he hasn't broken out, but the Chiefs will look to him to spark some offense in the second half.
