The updates coming in about Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo's right hand, which got bashed into the helmet of Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Jason Babin, report that X-rays are negative, meaning it's not broken.
Still, as this screencap shows, that hand is rather swollen and, frankly, pretty gross.
Look at that thing, especially over the pinky. His hand looks like a white version of what I imagine Eddy Curry's hands look like after a week that Golden Corral had members-only specials. I'm not familiar with the complexion of Romo's hand when it's not injured, but there are some red dots in there, which could indicate broken blood vessels, or just really weird freckles.
UPDATE: According to ESPN's John Clayton, Romo's day is done, and he'll rest up for the big game against the Giants next week.
