The NFC West title is already in the hands of the San Francisco 49ers, but they'll certainly want to keep the winning going when they face the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

The San Francisco 49ers are sitting in a good position this week. At 10-2, the 49ers have secured a spot in the playoffs and a division title. The three other teams in the division at least two games under .500, and the 49ers play the Arizona Cardinals this weekend, a 5-7 team. San Francisco opened as four point favorites on the road, according to Odds Shark, and that has gone down to 3.5 points.

This will close out the season series between the teams, and the 49ers took their home game against the Cardinals, 23-7, just a few weeks ago. This game comes on the heels of defeating the division's hapless St. Louis Rams, 26-0. But the Cardinals might not be that easy to defeat. They are on a two-game winning streak with wins over the Rams and the Dallas Cowboys.

Forty points stands as the over/under for this game and it could be hard for the teams to combine for it should the 49ers defense frustrate the Cardinals defense.
