The overwhelming feeling at this point is that the Philadelphia Eagles will trade QB Kevin Kolb and his most likely destination is the Arizona Cardinals. The NFL lockout is still in full force, which means teams can't conduct trades, so this is all speculation at this point.
Though Kolb to the Cardinals has been called a "slam dunk" there are concerns among Arizona coaches regarding Kolb's fit, according to Scout.com.
The concerns range from Kolb's career touchdown-to-interception ratio (11:14) as well as his yards per pass attempt in five starts in 2010. That number fell under seven yards per attempt and, until last season with Arizona's awful quarterback situation, the Cardinals have never averaged under seven yards per attempt under head coach Ken Whisenhunt.
It still appears that most are predicting Kolb will end up in Arizona but he won't come without some concerns. That said, he's clearly the best option on the market at this point and Arizona will either trade a first round pick for him or consider using a first round pick on a quarterback in the next draft.
