One of my favorites shows on ESPN comes around NFL draft season when former coach Jon Gruden grills prospects on being a quarterback as the two sit down and watch tape together. You get a pretty cool inside look at the life of a quarterback and some of the technical aspects of their job.
Well, good news -- Gruden's QB camp is coming back next week. He'll sit down with QB Terrelle Pryor for an episode to be played on June 30 on ESPN.
Gruden has talked a little bit about Pryor already and, shockingly (or not), he loves him.
"Terrelle Pryor can run and he can throw and he's a hell of a competitor," Gruden said. "You might have to cater your offense, to a degree, towards his strengths, but I think this guy can develop his passing."
I wonder if Pryor will be able to give him a "verbal" playcall from Ohio State's offense.
