Pleased to learn Steve Jobs considers SB Nation's impending iPhone app his crowning achievement. -Jason Kirk
Like SB Nation? Probably since, you're reading this. Have an iPhone? Odds are that for about half of you reading this, the answer is yes. And as it just so happens, we released our brand new app today -- You should download it! (Here's a helpful link to the app's page in the store.)
It features a customizable, real-time newsfeed, the ability to follow StoryStreams (with notifications), your own Lineup of your favorite sports, teams and blogs, and, perhaps most importantly for some of you, the ability read and reply to comments.
Already downloaded it? Great! (It's No. 2 in the Top Free iPhone Sports Apps category already -- Help us get to No. 1! ) But now we want to hear from you!
Are you loving the app? Neat! Go and tell us in the iTunes App Store by leaving a (hopefully five-star) review on the SB Nation iPhone App page. What would you add to it if you could? What's your favorite feature? Tell us there.
Have more questions? Want to tell us what do you like? What don't you like? Send feedback and comments via e-mail to support@sbnation.com.

A few thoughts
1. I don’t know if there’s a way to get comments to update in real-time as they do on the website, but that would be huge. If it already does this, my apologies, I didn’t see any pop up.
2. It would be nice to be able to visit individual sites devoted to particular teams, rather than just a feed of everything that team is tagged in.
3. I know it’s been mentioned but ANDROID version would be fantastic.
Overall been waiting on this for a long time. Thanks.

1. comments do not auto-refresh. We’re working on enhancing and updating the comments functionality for future releases.
2. you can! If you go to Lineup and tap the name of the blog, team or sport you’ve added, you’ll get a feed of just that content.
3. It’s on the way. A SBN Android app is a top priority of ours

Awesome
Don’t know how I missed that— Didn’t realize there were blogs/sports options when I added my teams. Thanks.

oh one other thing
now that I’m looking at the actual team blogs, I’m not seeing pictures (in posts or in the comments) come up. Is that feature coming at some point?

sync my blogs?
I was pretty surprised when I logged into the app with my account only to find that I had to go through and add all of my blogs/teams. Why wouldn’t the iPhone app sync to my preferences from the site? What is the purpose of my logging in on the app if not to do that?

We developed the app with everyone in mind – current users, community members, new users, etc.. Focusing on the experience in the app and the concepts of Newsfeed, Lineup and Following was really important to us when it came to creating a killer app.
Logging in does have its benefits… you can join communities, comment and share stories via facebook and twitter.

This app is way better than getting on SBN through the web with my phone! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Stuck in Youtube
I clicked a link from an article which loaded a YouTube video. I couldn’t get back from the video to the article. Exiting the app and reopening only took my back to the video page. I had to restart my device. Was I missing something?

Hm...
We’ll definitely check this out. Can you email support @ sbnation .com with the details? Mainly, what article this was on?
