Saints Vs. Raiders Score: Chase Daniel Puts New Orleans Back In Lead, 24-20

Stay connected with SB Nation

The Oakland Raiders held a brief lead after Taiwan Jones tied the game at 17. The Oakland defense forced a three-and-out and wasted no time in scoring. Already in Saints territory, the Raiders picked up 23 yards, but needed to settle for a Sebastian Janikowski 39-yard field goal.

But Chase Daniel led the Saints offense right back into the attack. Daniel found Joique Bell for a 32-yard gain and had a 15-yard roughing the passer penalty to put them on Oakland's 18-yard line. Bell then rushed the ball for 15 yards to Oakland's three-yard line. Daniel found Tory Humphrey in the end zone to retake the lead, 24-20.

Even with the first-teamers out, there's still plenty of excitement to be had in this game.
