The St. Louis Rams got off to a spectacular start against the Philadelphia Eagles as Steven Jackson scored a touchdown on the first play from scrimmage, but the Eagles have already tied up the score at 7-7 after a fantastic long drive down the field. Michael Vick is looking comfortable in the pocket and has a nine-yard run as well, while DeSean Jackson's dissatisfaction with his contract doesn't appear to have affected his effort.
Jackson's big run was a stunner, but the way the Eagles answered was more than Andy Reid could have hoped for. Vick hit Jackson on a 40-yard pass and Jason Avant on another 21-yard pass, finishing off the drive with a seven-yard shovel pass to McCoy for a touchdown, capping off an 80-yard drive.
