Cam Newton has set the record for passing yards in an NFL debut, but more importantly, he scored a rushing touchdown, and unveiled a celebration that was not only obviously rehearsed, but also an apparent teaser for a fledgling touchdown celebration artist coming into his own.

Clearly the lockout gave some up-and-coming touchdown scorers time to brainstorm, because today has been a feast for those of us who think there's no such thing as excessive celebration. Let's hope we haven't yet peaked on brilliant taunts this season.
