The New York Jets finally put points on the board with less than a minute left to play in the second quarter. Mark Sanchez took control of his offense at the 13-yard line and matriculated the ball up the field, capped with a four-yard touchdown pass to tight end Dustin Keller. Keller started blocking on the play and finally broke out into the end zone for the score.
Sanchez went 6-of-7 for 90 yards on the drive and is 11-of-18 for 121 yards. Running back LaDainian Tomlinson has the team-high in receiving yards with 36. The running game, though, has not gotten off yet, totaling just 25 yards.
Dallas wide receivers Dez Bryant and Austin Miles and tight end Jason Witten have been hard to contain. Bryant came up with a 42-yard reception and a three-yard touchdown catch on the opening drive of the game. Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis has not been at his best this game.
