What is swag? Who has swag? What does having swag entail? These are important questions and, luckily, Fred Smoot is here. After the Washington Redskins' 22-21 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Brandon Banks discussed his team's swag, and Smoot chimed in with a small correction.
"I think we’ve got more swagger," Brandon Banks said. "We’ve just got a different swag about us."
(Banks said coaches have a bit more swag, too, although Fred Smoot then interrupted, saying "when you’re over 30, you can’t have swag. You have what we call panache.")
Having Smoot on the post-game set is the best idea ever. After the jump, video of the hilarious exchange.
Fast foward to the 2:50 mark.
Panache. I never knew swag and panache were synonymous, but thanks to Smoot, I learned something today.
In all seriousness, if Smoot isn't hired by a national network to work a pre- or post-game show, something is wrong with the world. Make this happen, Fox. The entertainment value is off the charts.
