Beanie Wells Status Update: Cardinals Running Back 'Expected To Be Deactivated'

Beanie Wells' status has been a topic of interest before the Cardinals' Week 3 match-up with the Seahawks, and it now looks like Arizona will be without its starting running back. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports:

Wells is nursing a hamstring injury, but is eighth in the NFL with 183 rushing yards, and contributed 93 yards and a touchdown in Arizona's Week 2 loss to the Redskins. Without Wells, the Cardinals look likely to turn to LaRod Stephens-Howling and Chester Taylor in their running game, and will probably try to win behind Kevin Kolb's arm.
