Coming into Sunday's game, New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz had two career receptions. Through three and a half quarters, Cruz has two touchdown catches, both of which have been impressive in different ways. Thanks to his efforts, the Giants reclaimed the lead over the Philadelphia Eagles with eight minutes to play, 22-16.
In the first half, Cruz went 74 yards to the house, breaking a tackle, then juking two Eagles defenders, causing them to run into each other. Check out the video here.
Then, in the fourth quarter, Cruz one-upped himself, going up high over two defenders to haul-in the touchdown. Even better: he went up over Nnamdi Asomugha, leaving the Eagles' all-everything corner in a heap on the goalline.
For the day, Cruz leads all receivers with two catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns. All he does is score touchdowns, guys.
