Lined up in the shotgun, St. Louis snapped the ball directly to running back Jerious Norwood. He was intercepted trying to throw to quarterback Kellen Clemens on the trick play by Tarell Brown.
The 49ers got the ball on the Rams’ 34-yard line and scored a touchdown two plays later.
