Michael Vick and the Eagles blew out the Redskins late in their 2011 season finale.
Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles had no postseason hopes to play for in Week 17. But they did flash plenty of the explosiveness that made so many consider them Super Bowl contenders at the season's outset.
Vick threw for 335 yards and three touchdowns in the 34-10 Eagles victory, including two touchdown passes in a unanswered 21-0 fourth quarter run to close the game, and Philly ended a disappointing season on a high note. Jeremy Maclin had eight catches for 105 yards in the win, and DeSean Jackson and Brent Celek both caught touchdown passes.
For the Redskins, Evan Royster ran for 113 yards, and caught five passes for 52 yards, while Rex Grossman threw for 256 yards, one touchdown, and one interception.
The Eagles finished the year at 8-8, while the Redskins ended their season at 5-11.
