Starting their seventh drive of the first half with 2:27 to play, up 21-7 on the Denver Broncos, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots wanted to go into halftime with a three-score lead, because Tom Brady and the New England Patriots take satisfaction in nothing more than to blow out teams that everyone is talking about.

The latest in-your-face play was a deep bomb, thrown perfectly to Deion Branch, who burned Andre Goodman and took the ball the rest of the way to the house for a 61-yard touchdown, Brady's fourth touchdown pass of the half to his third different receiver.
Brady now has 188 yards and four touchdowns on the day, and he's having another classic performance. Broncos fans — and unbiased fans with working eyes — will claim that Branch pushed off, but the referee missed it, and Goodman couldn't catch up. It's now 28-7 Patriots with less than two minutes to play.
