Around SBN: Worst-To-First: Which NFL Team Can Make The Jump In 2012?

Tom Brady Throws Fifth Touchdown, Rob Gronkowski Catches Third Touchdown, Patriots Lead Broncos 35-7

Starting their eighth drive on their own 42-yard-line, the New England Patriots were trying to extend their 28-7 lead with just over a minute to play. They managed to accomplish just that, driving 58 yards in roughly one minute, ending with Tom Brady's fifth touchdown pass, a 19-yard strike over the middle to tight end Rob Gronkowski, who's hauled in three of those passes.

Brady is now 18/24 for 246 yards, five touchdowns and an interception. The Patriots are leading the Denver Broncos 35-7 going into halftime, and there is absolutely no doubt left in anyone's mind who is the better team so far. Tim Tebow, by comparison, finished with just three completions in the half. Gronkowski has eight receptions for 93 yards and three scores.

Tebow has made his living on incredible comebacks, but this mountain seems just too tall to climb at this point.
