ANIMATED: Brodrick Bunkley Injured, Broncos Recover Stevan Ridley Fumble

Leading 42-7 and firmly engaging in one of the all-time thrashings in playoff history, the New England Patriots had begun to simply move to ball at will against a battered and bruised Denver Broncos defense. With five consecutive plays of five yards or more, they seemed sure to score their seventh touchdown.

That is, until Patriots running back Stevan Ridley took an absolute shot from Broncos defensive lineman Brodrick Bunkley, whose head slammed into Ridley's shoulder, and he would stay down with what looked like a concussion.
