Because whatever this is needed to get even weirder, Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay dignified Rob Lowe's "report" that Peyton Manning will retire with a response ... kind of. Because this is Irsay and because he uses Twitter in his own special way, the response wasn't quite a denial, but it was just plain off-the-wall.
Yes, it involved porn stars and circus clowns. No, we're not at all surprised he went there.

So, yeah. Who knows what's going on at this point, other than providing us all with something fun to watch. The masses seemed to be bored on Wednesday, leading to Lowe's report, the hilarious spin-offs on Twitter and, finally, Irsay's Deep Throat tweet.
