NFL Playoff Schedule 2012: Ravens Ready For Another Road Playoff Victory Over Patriots

The 2012 NFL Playoffs continue on Sunday with the AFC and NFC title games ready to settle which teams will appear in Super Bowl XLVI. The Baltimore Ravens are 1-0 in the playoffs against the New England Patriots, having defeated the Patriots at Gillette Stadium, 33-14, in Jan. 2010. The Ravens led the Patriots at the end of the first quarter, 24-0, and then saw Ray Rice finished the game with 159 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Joe Flacco was just 4-of-10 for 34 yards, but no one is asking him to win games for the Ravens.

The New York Giants, meanwhile, close out Conference Championship weekend with a two-game losing streak to end against the San Francisco 49ers in the playoffs. The most recent loss came in San Francisco on Jan. 5, 2003, when long snapper Trey Junkin botched the snap on the Giants' potential game-winning field goal. Instead, the 49ers escaped with the 39-38 victory. The previous matchup on Jan. 15, 1994, was also in San Francisco and saw the Giants blown out, 44-4. Does the bad history end this weekend?

Here is the weekend's schedule

Baltimore Ravens (12-4) vs. New England Patriots (13-3), 3:00 p.m. ET, Sunday, Jan. 22, CBS

New York Giants (9-7) vs. San Francisco 49ers (13-3), 6:30 p.m. ET, Sunday. Jan. 22, FOX
