It's "Black Monday" in the NFL and one of the victims was Indianapolis Colts general manager Bill Polian. Polian was fired today after serving as the Colts general manager for the past 14 years. Some Colts players react to the news of the firing:

For the first time in 14 years, the Colts will have a new general manager in the shop and it looks like the Colts are in for a complete rebuild.
