Read More: Vince Wilfork (NT - NEP), Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots
The Baltimore Ravens started their third drive of the AFC Championship game in a 3-0 hole after the Patriots scored on a field goal. After two drives, they hadn't even made a first down, let alone threatened to break into Patriots territory.
The third drive didn't start much better after Vince Wilfork, who already has a sack on the game, completely blew up Ricky Williams in the backfield for a five-yard loss. Trying to take a shot on second down, Flacco overthrew rookie speedster Torrey Smith deep down the right sideline. On 3rd and 15, Wilfork again shot through the line and sacked Flacco, his second sack and third tackle for loss, just two-thirds of the way into the third quarter.
In three drives, the Ravens haven't secured a first down, have -4 total yards rushing, and Joe Flacco is 1-3 for six yards and has been sacked twice. Starts don't get much worse.
