Falcons Vs. Giants 2012: Video Of The Lone First Quarter Highlight

Stay connected with SB Nation

The Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants sure know how to play a boring game. The two teams are both scoreless through the first quarter in Sunday's NFC Wild Card game. As the home team, the Giants were only three point favorites so most predicted a close game.

There really weren't any highlights in the first quarter, outside of this John Abraham sack.

Matt Ryan has completed 6-of-10 passes for 44 yards while the Giants' Eli Manning is 4-of-5 passing for 36 yards. Julio Jones leads all receivers with 31 yards. Neither offense has done much and the punters are getting plenty of work.

SB Nation's NFL bloggers made predictions for Wild Card weekend and here's a look at the updated NFL playoffs schedule for Sunday. Check out Big Blue View for the latest on the Giants and The Falcoholic for the latest on the Falcons.
