Tim Tebow Doesn't Complete A Pass Through One Quarter

The Pittsburgh Steelers are dominating the time of possession early in the AFC Wild Card game against the Denver Broncos which means Tim Tebow and Co. have had just three first quarter possessions and haven't been able to do anything. The Steelers lead the Broncos, 6-0.

Tebow, officially, hasn't completed a pass. It appeared he connected on a screen pass but NFL.com is ruling that a nine-yard run by Eric Decker, and not a pass from Tebow.

On the Broncos first drive Tebow attempted one pass which was incomplete to Eddie Royal. He went deep to Dante Rosario on Denver's second possession and came oh-so-close to breaking a big play but Rosario wasn't able to hang on.

Here's a shot of Rosario near-catch (with nothing but daylight ahead of him):

And then Tebow hit Decker on a screen pass, but they're calling that a rush now. So, Tebow has yet to complete a pass.

One of the story lines in this game is the Broncos quarterback situation. It's been reported that backup Brady Quinn could enter at some point if Tebow struggles. It's still early but Tebow's not heading in the right direction

SB Nation's NFL bloggers made predictions for Wild Card weekend and here's a look at the updated NFL playoffs schedule for Sunday. Check out Behind the Steel Curtain for the latest on the Steelers and Mile High Report for the latest on the Broncos.
