Robert Griffin III set to practice again on Thursday: Fantasy implications

Brad Mills-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III (concussion) will practice again on Thursday, We break down the fantasy implications.

Quarterback Robert Griffin III will practice again on Thursday for the Washington Redskins and continues to have no setbacks from the concussion suffered last weekend against the Atlanta Falcons. Griffin also practiced Wednesday but his status for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings is not expected to be determined until Friday.

Fantasy Impact: Things appear to be on track for Griffin to play this weekend but fantasy owners will want to monitor injury reports and developments on Sunday to make sure things don't change. There have been concerns all season about Griffin taking hits and fantasy owners would hate for him to take another one this weekend from Minnesota's strong pass rush. Griffin is a low-end No. 1 fantasy quarterback if he is active on Sunday.
