Jerome Simpson is questionable for Week 6 against the Redskins. We break down the fantasy implications.
Minnesota Vikings WR Jerome Simpson (lower back, foot) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins. Simpson got in limited practice on Thursday and Friday, but was out for Wednesday and the team is uncertain if he's ready to play on Sunday.
Simpson has been active for only two games this season as he battled various ailments. He has just four catches for 50 yards.
Fantasy Impact: All indications are that Simpson will sit out again this week, giving Michael Jenkins the starting WR spot opposite Percy Harvin. Simpson had little fantasy value in the first place, and his lingering injuries should be the final nail in the coffin. He should be on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues.
