Atlanta looks to move to 6-0 for the first time in franchise history when the 1-4 Raiders visit the Georgia Dome.
The Atlanta Falcons will look to remain perfect when they return home to the Georgia Dome on Sunday to host the Oakland Raiders, who are coming off of a bye week. The Raiders are 1-3 and recovering from a 37-6 whipping from the same Denver Broncos team that the Falcons beat up in Week 2.
Atlanta, while undefeated, has squeaked out two consecutive wins against inferior opponents Carolina and Washington, coming back in the fourth quarter to defeat both. Matt Ryan is still second only to Alex Smith in quarterback rating, but he's yet to find a reliable connection with deep threat Julio Jones, who when effective helps the Falcons stretch the field in Dirk Koetter's hurry-up offense. Look for Atlanta to target Jones against a weak Oakland defense.
