Freeman hooks up with Vincent Jackson to prove once and for all that they might be better than the Chiefs. Progress?
Buccaneers fans are having flashbacks of the 2011 disaster after three straight losses and lackluster play from Josh Freeman, but the Bucs and Freeman have taken a break from sucking today. Freeman led the Bucs down the field on the first drive of the second half, hitting Vincent Jackson to open the lead over the Chiefs to 14-3.
Freeman is nearly at 200 yards on the day, already with two touchdowns and an interception. So far it's Freeman's best start of the season, but there is still a lot of time for Tampa to Buc it.
