NFL inactives, Week 6: Giants vs. 49ers meet in NFC Championship rematch

The San Francisco 49ers prepare to host the New York Giants in a rematch of last season's NFC Championship Game. With the 4:25 p.m. kickoff approaching, the lists of inactive players for each team are out.

Eli Manning and the New York Giants visit the San Francisco 49ers for a Week 6 rematch of last season's NFC Championship Game. With kickoff approaching, the teams have released their list of players inactive for today's contest.

Inactive for the Giants are: WR Jerrel Jernigan, S Kenny Phillips, RB Andre Brown, DE Adewale Ojomo, OT James Brewer, TE Adrien Robinson and DT Rocky Bernard.

The 49ers in actives are: QB Scott Tolzien, WR A.J. Jenkins, RB LaMichael James, S Trenton Robinson, RB Brandon Jacobs, G Joe Looney and NT Ian Williams.

San Francisco is 4-1 on the season and has not lost at home in 2012. New York is 3-2 overall and 1-1 away from home this year. Both teams come into the Week 6 matchup after wins, with the Giants beating the Browns, 41-27, and the 49ers beating the Bills, 45-3, a week ago.

Kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, Calif.
