Timing is everything.
Just when you're out, ineptitude pulls you back in! Why Oakland, why!? There were three minutes left, you had the ball, the undefeated Atlanta Falcons were reeling, and you had an opportunity to close this one out and get a signature win in a tied ball game.
Then something happened-- Carson Palmer remembered he was Carson Palmer, and that it was time for him to throw an ill-advised, costly pass in a vital game; this time to Asante Samuel who was happy to oblige with the pick-six.
But hey, at least Palmer tried to make up for it with that ta-ck-l........bwahahahaha! Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
