Stevie Johnson had six receptions for 82 yards during the Buffalo Bills' win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Johnson was targeted on 11 of Ryan Fitzpatrick's 32 passes on the night. He accounted for over half of the quarterback's passing yards.
Johnson has now been targeted at least 10 times in five of the six games he has played this season. On the year, he has 316 yards receiving on 27 receptions with three touchdowns.
Fantasy Impact: Fitzpatrick has been up-and-down this season, but no matter what it seems like Johnson manages to put up fairly decent numbers. No, he has yet to have a Calvin Johnson/A.J. Green-esque monster performance, but as a WR2/Flex option you could do much worse.
After facing the San Francisco 49ers and the Cardinals in consecutive weeks, the Bills will hopefully have some more breathing room offensively against the Tennessee Titans in Week 7. Johnson should once again be a viable fantasy option if you need him.
