Stevan Ridley struggles for fantasy owners while Brandon Bolden exits with injury

The Patriots running duo of Stevan Ridley and Brandon Bolden had a tough outing in Week 6. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brandon Bolden looked like he was going to see plenty of work for the Patriots until he left the game with a knee injury in the second quarter. Stevan Ridley saw the majority of the carries after that point, but didn't fare too well against the Seahawks' defense.

Ridley carried the ball 16 times for only 34 yards. Bolden picked up a quick 28 yards on six carries in his limited action.

Fantasy Impact: Ridley dropped a pass early on in the game, and it looked like Bill Belichick might have been tired of his mistakes as he started using Bolden more. Bolden was listed as questionable coming into Sunday's game with a knee issue. Be sure to check on his status going forward.

Ridley will likely continue to shoulder the load, especially if Bolden is forced to miss time. He should have an easier time finding room to run next week against the Jets.
