Wes Welker was the focal point of the Patriots offense again. We break down the fantasy implications.
Wes Welker was doing Wes Welker-type things in Week 6. The fantasy stud caught 10 passes for 138 yards and a touchdown against the Seahawks, leading the Patriots with 14 targets.
Welker now has four consecutive 100-yard games, catching a touchdown in the past two weeks. It's clear his value isn't going anywhere in the New England offense.
Fantast Impact: Can you believe fantasy owners were worried about Welker after his three-catch opener? He continues to tear apart opposing defenses as the No. 1 target for Tom Brady. Even with a crowded offense of fantasy stars, Welker is emerging on top each game.
Expect another big week out of Welker against the Jets next Sunday. He's a must-start, no matter what league you're in.
