The Seahawks enter off of a huge win, the Niners host following a huge loss, and the NFC West lead is at stake.
San Francisco will look to bounce back from a blowout home loss at the hands of the defending Champion New York Giants when they host division rival Seattle on Thursday Night Football.
Both teams, along with the Arizona Cardinals, are tied atop the NFC West at 4-2, with the winner of this game set to take an upper hand in what's become the tightest division race in the league this year, as even last place St. Louis trails by only a game at 3-3. Due to a higher winning percentage in conference play, Seattle is technically in first place by virtue of tiebreakers.
While the Niners offense must recover in short order from a three-point performance against New York, Seattle will be coming off of a huge high, beating the Patriots at home last Sunday 28-27.
