Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings missed practice on Thursday, and may miss a third straight week with a groin injury.
Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings missed practice on Thursday according to a tweet from Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, as he was still bothered by a groin injury. Jennings injured his groin in week one against the San Francisco 49ers, and has yet to fully recover. He's missed three games already, including the past two, a loss to the Indianapolis Colts and a win over the Houston Texans. It is still unclear whether Jennings will be able to play on Sunday against the St. Louis Rams.
Jennings has only 12 catches for 78 yards through three games this year, and is on pace to have the worst year of his career. James Jones has stepped up in Jennings absence, and has 23 catches for 270 yards and seven touchdowns so far.
The Packers face off against the Rams in St. Louis on Sunday at noon CT. The game can be seen on FOX.
