Sunday is a good day if you started Chris Johnson on your fantasy team. Earlier, he ran for his first touchdown of the year and now he's run for his second -- with a bullet. This is one of those classic CJ runs where he hits the gap hard, makes one cut and laughs as defensive backs who are a good five yards away from him try in vain to catch him to no avail.
This 83-yard touchdown has taken CJ over 100 yards rushing for the first time this season, and there's still over two minutes left in the first quarter. The story isn't so kind for Buffalo's defense, who have allowed the Titans' running back to dominate their league-worst run defense. Also, Buffalo's secondary is allowing Matt Hasselbeck to complete all five of his passes early in the game.
Johnson is currently averaging over 25 yards per carry. Even if he doesn't bust off another huge one, this is a relieving game for both Titans fans and fantasy football owners.
