A head injury leaves the Patriots' secondary thin.
Kyle Arrington left Sunday's games with an apparent head injury. His return to the game is questionable.
The New England Patriots' starting cornerback has started all eight games this season, totaling 31 tackles and three passes defended. Any loss to the Patriots' secondary is a concern, especially when the St. Louis Rams are moving the ball effectively through the air in London. Sam Bradford has thrown for 96 yards and a touchdown already, and it's still early in the game.
If Arrington is unable to return, the Patriots will turn to Sterling Moore and undrafted free agent signed last year. In 2011, he played as a depth free safety and now will be asked to step in at corner. New England's secondary are dealing with a rash of injuries, and are thinner than any unit in the NFL. Earlier in the week, Ras-I Dowling was placed on injured reserve and safety Pat Chung is also missing today's game as he recovers from a shoulder injury.
