Mark L. Baer-US PRESSWIRE
The Jets are really struggling against the Dolphins on Sunday.
Mark Sanchez has been a disaster on Sunday with a stat line of 12-of-27 passing for 148 yards, no TDs and a pick. He has also been sacked three times and coughed it once, too.
Their running game hasn't been terrible today with a 4.4 yards-per-carry average with 16 carries for 71 yards. Shonn Greene has been leading the charge with 13 carries for 62 yards. The Dolphins boast one of the better run defense in the league by allowing a league-best 3.3 YPC and ranking third in rushing yards allowed per game.
Switching gears back to Sanchez, the Jets fans aren't happy they're have been multiple Tebow chants and the boo birds are out in full force. While the fans have been clamoring for a change at quarterback, Rex Ryan has been hesitant to acquiesce since it would give an "all systems go" media frenzy.
The are on a bye for Week 9, so perhaps there might not be a better time to make a switch. Prepare for plenty of Tebow talk in the next two weeks.
