Packers Vs. Colts: Game Time, TV Schedule, Odds And More

The Indianapolis Colts will try to earn a win Sunday in the wake of their head coach taking a leave of absence to fight leukemia. They face the Green Bay Packers, who have been shaky in their first four games after going 15-1 last year.

The Indianapolis Colts will try to win one for their coach Sunday against the Green Bay Packers. Chuck Pagano will likely miss the rest of the season as he battles a treatable form of leukemia.

The team's thoughts will obviously be with Pagano: although he is considered likely to beat the disease, it's obviously jarring to have one's head coach diagnosed with cancer. But the show must go on, as Pagano requested Bruce Arians take over head coaching duties while he undergoes treatment. Sunday's matchup will be the first game as a head coach for Arians since 1988, when he was in charge of the Temple Owls. It will be his first on the NFL level.

Last season, this would have been a total mismatch, as the Colts played poorly enough to earn the right to take Andrew Luck No. 1 overall and the Packers went 15-1 in the regular season. But this year, the Colts already have a win under their belts and the Packers have already surpassed their regular-season loss total from last year.

Green Bay's past two games have been close calls: there was the famous Monday night Hail Mary call that went against the Seahawks, which overshadowed the fact that many would argue the Packers should never have been in a scenario to lose on a final play against Seattle, and last week's 1-point win against the winless Saints was far from awe-inspiring.

Regardless, the Pack is favored by more than a touchdown, despite the fact that they're on the road.
