Rashard Mendenhall announces to world that he is here and that a torn ACL couldn't stop him.
Playing for the first time since a New Year's Day torn ACL, Rashard Mendenhall did in week 5 what no Steelers running back has been able to do all year: Something. Mendenhall took a lateral pass from Ben Roethlisberger 13 yards into the end zone to give the Steelers a 7-0 lead over the Eagles.
Adjectives for Steelers running backs Isaac Redman and Jonathan Dwyer this year include words like "Bad" and "Not Good" and "Wow, these guys are terrible" so Pittsburgh must be stoked to get back Mendenhall just about ten months after tearing his ACL.
