Inactive lists for today's game between the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers.
The Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers are set to face off at 4:25 p.m. ET. The 49ers will be without a host of offensive players, while the Bills have a mixed bag of injuries at different positions.
