Julio Jones is showing why some think he'll be the next "great one."
Julio Jones is being called the next "great one" at WR by pundits, and with catches like this it's hard to argue.
Set up by a pump-fake by Matt Ryan, freezing the secondary, Julio Jones got the best of cornerback Josh Wilson. From there, he makes an outstanding catch, and takes it to another level with as textbook a toe drag as you'll ever see. His mechanics are so perfect the referees didn't need to review. Julio Jones currently has nine receptions for 65 yards to go with this touchdown. While he hasn't had big plays, he's been Matt Ryan's favorite target all afternoon.
