The Vikings had little trouble with the Titans on Sunday.

The Minnesota Vikings defeated the Tennessee Titans, 30-7, on Sunday afternoon in the Metrodome. The Vikings jumped on top in the first half, and held on the rest of the way for an easy victory.

Minnesota struck first with 2:35 left in the first quarter when Percy Harvin scored on a 4-yard run. The touchdown capped a 9-play, 91-yard drive. Harvin put the Vikings in position to score after a 45-yard reception from quarterback Christian Ponder. Harvin's touchdown can be seen here in gif form:

Harvin all but put the game away with 10-yard touchdown catch near the end of the third quarter than put the Vikings up 23-0. Harvin broke several ankles on the score. Jocks were strewn across the field.

The Titans didn't get on the board until Matt Hasselbeck connected with Jared Cook on a ten-yard touchdown with 10:40 to play. That finished a 12-play, 77-yard drive. It was the first Tennessee drive to end in Vikings territory. Minnesota answered that drive immediately, driving for a touchdown on a catch from Kyle Rudolph to put the score at 30-7.

With the win, the Vikings move to 4-1 on the year. The Titans drop to 1-4.

Fantasy studs/dud

As animated above, Percy Harvin was mighty studly. He caught eight passes for 108 yards and a score, while adding two rushes for eight yards and a TD.

Chris Johnson was...ugh. Fantasy owners expecting big things from Johnson may be the saddest people on earth. He rushed for a whopping 19 yards on 13 carries.(link to sbnation.com/fantasy)

The Vikings rewarded their bettors by crushing the six-point spread. For a complete list of spreads, head to SB Nation's NFL odds page.
