The Seattle Seahawks host the New York Jets Sunday afternoon in Seattle with the hosts trying to gain ground in the NFC West race and the Jets trying to climb back toward .500.
The Jets are 3-5 and coming off a bye week. Before the week off, New York had lost two consecutive games for the second time this season. Seattle enters Sunday's game in second place in the NFC West at 5-4, putting them one game back of the San Francisco 49ers. The Seahawks are coming off of a 30-20 victory over the Minnesota Vikings last week.
