That game, also had New England favored by 13.5 points, and yet the Bills stuck in the game and lost by one. Today's game causes the Patriots to fall to 31st in the NFL when playing against Buffalo's offense. Meanwhile, the Bills improved to 9th in the NFL when facing the Patriots' vaunted defense.
