Detroit will be desperate for a win when they host Green Bay on Sunday afternoon, but NFL experts still like the Packers.
The Detroit Lions (4-5) host the Green Bay Packers (6-3) on Sunday afternoon, looking to jump-start a strong finish to the season. The Lions need to turn things around quickly to keep their playoff hopes alive in what has been a disappointing start through Week 10 of the NFL season.
Despite the Lions playing with desperation in front of their home crowd, the Packers are favored to win the game, which would be Green Bay's fifth consecutive win as they try to keep pace with the Chicago Bears in the NFC North standings.
At Yahoo! Sports, both Jason Cole and Les Carpenter expect the Packers to leave Ford Field with a win over the Lions. A panel of eight experts from CBSSports.com also weighed in on the Week 11 matchup along with an additional pick from the Prediction Machine. All eight CBS experts and the Prediction Machine think the Packers will remain on a roll and take care of the Lions.
