Kerley has been dealing with heel and hamstring issues and didn't participate in practice on Friday. Scott has been a limited participant throughout the week while nursing a sore toe.
Running backs Joe McKnight and Bilal Powell and defensive tackle Sione Pouha were also listed as questionable leading up to the game, but all three players are active.
