The oft-injured receiver left Sunday's game against the Jets in the first half.

St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola limped off the field in the second quarter against the New York Jets on Sunday.

Amendola limped off on his own power. Trainers were attending to his right foot/ankle on the sideline after the injury. The Rams announced that Amendola is questionable to return, per David Solomon of KTRS radio.

Five minutes after he limped off the field, Amendola left to the Rams' locker room.

Before he left the game, Amendola had four catches for 16 yards. He was targeted six times.

Amendola has struggled the past two seasons with injuries. The four-year man out of Texas Tech has played in just five games this season. He's been quarterback Sam Bradford's favorite target while he's been healthy, catching 43 passes for 497 yards and two touchdowns.

Amendola played in just one game last season before dislocating his elbow and missing the rest of the season. He had five catches for 45 yards.

In his second year in the league in 2011, Amendola caught 85 passes for 689 yards. He appeared and started in all 16 games for the Rams.
