Eagles vs. Redskins: Robert Griffin III putting on a clinic

Completing over 90 percent of his passes, and running for near 100? All in a day for RGIII

Robert Griffin III is dismantling the Philadelphia Eagles' defense this afternoon, as the rookie quarterback is completing a sensational 92 percent of his passes, for 200 yards -- but most impressively it's his four touchdowns.

The Redskins have taken advantage of Nick Foles' mistakes, but it has been RGIII both through the air, and on the ground that has left Andy Reid's team confused, and bruised. Griffin III is leading Washington in rushing, with 85 yards on 11 carries to pair with his passing.

If you're a Redskins' fan, then you're probably most encouraged with how well the rookie QB is spreading the ball around. Young quarterbacks have a tendency to lock in on their primary, but not so for RGIII. He has 14 completions, to nine different receivers, and four different receivers have caught touchdowns. It's this multi-faceted attack that has kept the Eagles' defense off balance, and unable to cue in on a single area. Bright times are ahead for Washington, and today's game might be the moment where RGIII's development takes a turn.
